1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pksky," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pksky online gaming platform operating at pksky.net and all associated services, features, and sub-pages.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise makes use of the pksky platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the pksky registration process.
• "Platform" means the pksky website at pksky.net, including all games, betting markets, wallet systems, promotional tools, and support channels accessible thereon.
• "Wallet" means the internal pksky account balance denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) associated with your registered Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by pksky under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of qualifying bets a player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which pksky confirms the identity, age, and address of a registered player using government-issued documentation.
• "Real Money Funds" means amounts deposited by you directly into your Wallet using an accepted payment method such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or Crypto.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gambling is unlawful or in which pksky does not hold applicable authorization to offer services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pksky Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pksky Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

pksky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pksky Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is consistent with Philippine regulatory standards governing casino-style gambling and applies to all players without exception.
2. You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to pksky is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or voluntary ban currently in effect through pksky or any affiliated platform.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party. All Account activity must be conducted solely by the registered account holder using their own funds.
5. You must not be classified as a problem gambler or be currently receiving treatment for a gambling-related disorder at the time of registration.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features of the pksky Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

4.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) pksky Account at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pksky employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and Real Money Funds returned to the originating payment method after investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. pksky will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify pksky immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pksky shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 KYC Verification

pksky is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued identification such as a Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Driver's License, together with proof of address. Accounts with incomplete or failed KYC may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed to pksky's satisfaction.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pksky currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and select Cryptocurrency networks. pksky reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits are credited to your Wallet in Philippine Peso (₱) or converted at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account. Deposits are generally reflected in your Wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. pksky does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific rules.
• Same-day processing is available for verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted before the applicable daily processing cutoff.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• pksky reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawal amounts.

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a valid pksky deposit is strictly prohibited. Any player who initiates an unauthorized chargeback will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and pksky reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through all available legal channels.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pksky offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits to eligible players. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds will expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion.
• pksky reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from receiving a bonus where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating bonus claims with other players, or using low-risk staking patterns designed solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements — will result in forfeiture of all related Bonus Funds and potential Account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the pksky Platform, including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, fishing games, and bingo, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats supplied by licensed third-party game providers. pksky does not modify or interfere with game outcomes.

Each game has its own specific rules, paytable, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. It is the player's responsibility to review the rules of each game before wagering. Game rules are accessible within the game interface or the game information panel on the Platform.

pksky reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts in cases where a game malfunction, software error, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome of a game or bet. Players will be notified and their staked amounts refunded in such circumstances.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The pksky sportsbook covers Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sporting events. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pksky does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result will be voided and the staked amount refunded to the player's Wallet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at pksky's discretion, including during periods of technical difficulty or unusual betting patterns.
• pksky reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any betting market without prior notice.
• Where odds are published in error — including due to data feed failures, pricing errors, or manifest mistakes — pksky reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Attempts to exploit latency in live betting markets, commonly known as "courtsiding" or "arbing," are considered abuse and may result in Account restriction.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pksky Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your Wallet.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from exploitation of a bug must be reported to pksky and will be voided pending investigation.
• Laundering money or using the pksky Wallet to facilitate transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pksky staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

pksky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requiring Account action.
• Extended Account inactivity, as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy communicated separately to players.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, pksky reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds held in the Account. Real Money Funds will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to pksky, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the pksky support team. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are processed with priority. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion options.

11 Responsible Gaming

pksky is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we maintain a range of tools and resources to support players who may be experiencing difficulties.

All players have access to the following responsible gaming controls directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts or automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all pksky marketing communications for a minimum period of six (6) months or on a permanent basis.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pksky Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game assets, is the property of pksky or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of pksky intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pksky and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond pksky's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed suppliers.

pksky's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pksky's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

pksky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pksky.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pksky implements industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. pksky does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

pksky may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and KYC verification partners where required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pksky reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that substantially affect your rights or obligations — pksky will endeavor to provide advance notice via the email address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address remains current and accessible.

Your continued use of the pksky Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact pksky's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pksky will endeavor to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal legal channels as permitted under Philippine law.
